The goal of the program is to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of the public administration (government, local government, public services). This program is especially dedicated to harmonization of legislative framework and practices with the principles of European administrative space, organization and rationalization of public administration, merit-based recruitment and carreer advancement as well as the quality of the law-making and policy development.
