Clarifications – Money Watch Call for Proposals

Within the Call for Proposals for Small Grants Facility within our project Money Watch – Civil Society Guarding the Budget, we have received the following question:

Q: Are there any restrictions for the sub-grantees supported within the ReLOaD project, to apply for this Call for Proposals under CSF 2016 Programme?

A: No. CSOs whose projects have been already supported within ReLOaD project sub-granting scheme can also apply to our Call for Proposals for Small Grants Facility within our project Money Watch – Civil Society Guarding the Budget. The sources for funding these two projects are diverse, i.e. they are supported through different IPA Programs.

ReLOaD project is being financed through the Civil Society Facility and Media Programme, IPA 2016/038-960, while Money Watch – Civil Society Guarding the Budget is being financed through the Civil Society Facility Montenegro Programme – EuropeAid/153998/DD/ACT/ME.

Please be reminded that the application deadline is 15 November 2018, until 5 PM. Applications should be sent via e-mail info@institut-alternativa.org.

Clarifications and answers to all the question we have received within this Call for Proposals could be found here (only in Montenegrin).

Project “Money Watch – Civil Society Guarding the Budget” is being implemented by Institute Alternative, in partnership with Institute of Public Finance from Zagreb and NGO New Horizon from Ulcinj. The project is financially supported by European Union.
