Tamara Delić

Tamara Delić has extensive experience in financial management and administration within the non-governmental, international, and banking sectors. She currently works as a Financial Manager at the Institute Alternative, where she is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and monitoring the implementation of projects.

Throughout her career, she has worked with several international organisations, including IREX, CARITAS, World Vision, and the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, as well as with Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank and Lovćen Insurance. During this time, she gained substantial experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and implementing donor procedures.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from C.T.L. College in Limassol, Cyprus, and is licensed by the Insurance Supervision Agency of Montenegro for insurance representation. She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Greek.
