Svetozar Vukićević, born in Bijelo Polje on 13th of May 1996) where he finished primary school, lower music school and high school. He has a bachelor’s degree in Management, and currently a student of specialist studies at Faculty od Economics in Podgorica. He was a volunteer at NGO Youth Office and Modus Acquirendi in Bijelo Polje. He was also an active member in student organization BEST Podgorica and participated as an organiser of many international events, academic courses and workshops. He also worked as an educator for election committees for the State Election Commission (elections 2016 and 2018), as well as research associate for Statistical office of Montenegro.
